Rm8's yummy otai

Hello readers! Welcome back to my blog! Today I'll be blogging about my plan based on Room 8's otai.

Last week rm8 successfully made otai with 15 green apples, 3 boxes of anchor milk, one can of mango pulp, one can of crushed pineapple and ice.

Firstly we grabbed a big white container then Mrs Tafea poured the ice and added three boxes of anchor milk. Also she poured one can of mango pulp add one can of crushed pineapple.

Next the boys peeled the green apples with the potato peeler. Then we put it into the black plastic bowl to get washed with cold water.

Then Mrs Tafea usd a small sharp knife to cut the apple core before Lily and I grade the apples into the container with a grader.

Finally we mixed the ingredients together with some brown sugar. We had to stir it well with a big spoon so that the brown sugar can dissolve. After that we put it in the fridge until the keke is cooked.

At last we enjoyed the cold yumming cold 'otai. It was delicious.

Here is my writing plan.

One bright sunny morning two amazing clases were making kite and it was Room 6 and Room 8.

First we got inside room 6 ands sat down on the mat. Then we watched Mrs Tafea demonstrated how to make a kite.

Next we went off to our tables with our buddy and my buddy was lexus. Then we started to make our kites. I was feeling nervous and excited because I was making a kite and because it was my first time.

Finally we got our materials which were paper, scissors, tape and decorations. We first used paper and folded it in quarters then fold it like a triangle then we cut it with scissors after that we went to Mrs Sharma to get some sticks and tape, Next we taped the sticks to our paper finally me and lexus got to decoration our kites.

The best part of making kites were was flying it out side on the field because it was my first time flying a kite.

Slow and Steady Wins The Race

Slow and Steady Wins The Race.
Once upon a time there lived a selfish Hare who likes to brag at how fast he is to the whole forest. It seemed like there is no one else but himself. Then out of the blue this poor old tortoise who was really kind and confident had the courage to stand up to this bragger and challenge him for a race.

The next day the hare and the tortoise began there race and the animals came and gathered around the race track. The hare zoomed while the tortoise was walking slowly.

However the hare was sprinty so fast that he wanted a little nap while the tortoise was ahead of him, the tortoise was barley looking in his direction.

The hare woke up from his nap and zoomed to the finish line but when he was running he saw the tortoise at the finish line because he was too late. When the tortoise made it to the finish line all the animals cheered and cheered the tortoise while the hare was so sad.

Living on the edge

Hello, few days ago I went to Tundra for the holidays.
It was freezing cold so i just stayed in for most of the trip.
But when I tried to go outside I can feel a frostbite.
It was weird because there were no trees so the house wasn't a house. It was a cave but the cave wasn't that cold because there were lots of us. The worst thing of was having to take a shower. We all had to take cold because if you do have hot water it would get cold because the temperature.

Towering Timbers

I think there should be logging in nz because we need the material for homeless people that need homes and my another reason is that we would need paper because if we don't have paper we won't have something to write on.

Pancakes And Maple Syrup

My favorite food of all time is pancakes and heaps of maple syrup. This is how you make pancakes.

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the centre, and pour in milk, egg and oil. Mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake

The WWF World WildLife Fund

The WWF is helping the Saimaa ringed seal because there is only 360 individuals left. They are on of the most endangered seals in the world.
The seals gives birth in a lair it digs into a snowbank.
But if there aren't any snow banks the seal birth them on ice.
When the seal do on ice there is 50% that the pups will die.
So the WWF build the snow banks for the seals to give birth in
